About Us
Sibil Sebastian, CFA, CAIA

Sibil Sebastian is the founder and CEO of In Pursuit Collective. Her work focuses on impact-driven coaching, speaking, and collaborating.
Prior to founding In Pursuit, Sibil spent 20 years as an award-winning financial services corporate strategy executive. She has a career track record of collaborating with executive teams to deliver strategic transformation and business solutions that drive growth and competitive market advantage. Sibil’s cross functional experience from corporate strategy, product line management, marketing, to business development is only surpassed by her radical vision to disrupt the status quo. Sibil has executive committee, corporate board and institutional client facing experience. As the inaugural podcast host of “My Charter Story” for the CFA Institute, she uses her voice to uncover stories of diverse charter holders around the globe. Sibil has made TV, radio and print appearances, most recently featured in NY Times and Forbes. She has led a media campaign for closing the gender wealth gap with a view on intersectionality. Sibil holds an MS in Finance from Baruch College and a BBA from Pace University.
