Trauma-Informed Executive Coaching

I believe that my past experiences, my grounded presence, and my critical lens to disrupt the status quo can help BIPOC executives and others that are feeling like they have not been in alignment with their values, and purpose.

I do this with trauma-informed care, as I understand microaggressions, discrimination, what it means to be racialized, traumatized, and excluded. What does this mean? We address the elephants in the room, we honor all of who you are.

Why do I center race? Racism is at the core of our current institutions, particularly anti-Black racism. We need to talk about it in a way that doesn't minimize the real impacts this has to our personal and professional goals.
